I have changed the container for a stronger one, wrapped in a plastic bin-liner and well hidden in its place. It was a lovely sunny day and a lot of water was flowing in the river. The bridge is in a terrible state, worse than the last time I came, but we crossed it without incident. Not suitable for young children though - it is rather dangerous.

Out: nothing

#552 (#13 in Spain). After driving hairpin after hairpin we arrived in Istan only to found out that the road continued with even more hairpins. When the road ended at a river crossing we parked the car and walked the last bit. When we finally came to the last meters we had a river to cross. Maybe due to the rain of the previous week this seemed a dangerous task. The water was floing fast and seemed pretty high. The suspension bridge didn't look to good either. In the end I decided to trust my luck with the suspension bridge. I left my phone, camera and wife at the roadside and started my Indiana Jones adventure. I'm not sure if it was a wise choice but the bridge held my 103 kilos.
After crossing the river the cache was quickly found. The lid of the cache is broken and I had nothing with me to protect the cache. I hope it stays dry until the next geocacher visits this cache. If you bring a plastic bag that would be very helpful.
